What is Manual Osteopathy?

Manual Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on, non-invasive form of manual medicine focusing on holistic care by treating the body as a complete system. It uses manual techniques such as: Visceral manipulation (organs), Craniosacral therapy (CST), and joint adjustments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore balance. Aiming to fix the root cause of dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms.

Holistic Approach: Treats the interconnected musculoskeletal, nervous, visceral (organs), and circulatory systems.

Techniques Used: Practitioners utilize osteopathic articular techniques (adjustments), fascial release, visceral manipulations (organ mobilization), and craniosacral techniques.

Root Cause Focus: It aims to relieve pain by reducing physical restrictions that cause compensation, inflammation, and reduced mobility.

Benefits: Helps with chronic pain, headaches, postural issues, digestive problems, and joint pain.”
