Laurel Trudgeon RMT – Certified Reflexologist

Laurel grew up in Red Deer and has been involved in many community initiatives and activities over the years. Laurel studied Art & Design at R.D.C. and her artwork has been exhibited at galleries in Red Deer, Medicine Hat, Edmonton etc. Her love of creativity and expression led her to teaching art classes for children.

Through personal experience, Laurel was introduced to the healing benefits of massage and reflexology. A passion to help others improve their quality of life was born and Laurel decided to choose a career in the field of Massage Therapy where she could be of service in preventing and treating various conditions.

Laurel graduated, with Directors Honours from Alberta Institute of Massage 2200 hr. Advanced Diploma Program and is a member of CMMOTA. She also earned a certificate in Reflexology.

With her varied knowledge and experience, Laurel is dedicated to helping clients improve their health and well-being.

In her free time, Laurel can be found creating, listening to music, reading and forest bathing in nature.
