Krystal Bryant, MC, R. Psych.
I help people get unstuck from patterns of chaos, overwhelm, depression, isolation, and self-abuse so they are open to more possibilities of calm, clarity, joy, connection, and self-appreciation. Therapy is available for youth and adults to address topics such as grief/loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal challenges.
With nearly 20 years of training and experience helping people in distress, I use a variety of evidence-based interventions for developing creative, collaborative, and effective individualized treatment plans. I became a psychologist in 2018 after completing a Masters in Counselling. A major focus of my clinical endeavors have been working with youth who were at-risk and maltreated, and I am passionate about empowering families from conception.
In my spare time, I am usually adventuring with a toddler, spending time with nature, reading, and breathing deeply to centre myself.
