Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle healing art practiced by placing the fingertips on designated safety energy locks (SELs) on the body to harmonize and restore the correct flow of energy. Through such things as daily stress, holding onto buried memories, emotions and/or traumatic events, we develop blocks in our energy flow. These blocks can lead to issues or illnesses in your mental, emotional, or physical aspects.
Knowing which SELs to hold and in which combination can help you be involved in improving your health and your life. In each of these classes, you will learn and practice how to apply simple stress releasing routines to daily rebalance your energy system.
No experience is required. You may take any or all of the three part series.
Each class is experiential and includes the applicable level textbook.
No refunds, however attendance is transferrable
Session 1 –
Focuses on daily routines that help strengthen your energy system, release issues from the past and ease the negative results of stress.
Session 2 –
Focuses on the 26 SELs, teaching you about what they help and how to touch them while allowing you to experience the results
*an optional, free hour from 4-5 PM allows students to work on each other to deepen their understanding.
Session 3 –
Focuses on simple specific ways to work with your fingers and toes to release blockages and balance your systems. In the last two hours, students will be working in groups of 2 or 3 holding fingers and toes.
